Itinerary

  • Day 1, Arrival at Srinagar

    Pick up from Srinagar Airport and drive to the hotel. Arrive and check in the hotel, rest of the day at leisure. In the evening, explore the local surrounding of your hotel and the market. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel at Srinagar.

  • Day 2, Srinagar Sightseeing

    After breakfast, get ready to explore the nature and the beauty of Srinagar. The day’s sightseeing is Nishat Bagh, Chashme Shahi, Pari Mahal, Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, etc. Later proceed to Dal lake, where you can enjoy the Shikara ride. Also, have fun at the local market of Srinagar. By evening come back to the hotel. Dinner and night stay at hotel in Srinagar.

  • Day 3, Srinagar – Kargil Via Sonmarg

    Have your breakfast and pack your bags to drive towards Kargil via Sonmarg. It is one of the most beautiful drives among the mountains. In Sonmarg, if time permits, you can also enjoy the pony ride. On the way, you will also pass through Thajiwas Glacier, where one can see the snow throughout the year. On arrival at Kargil, visit the Kargil war museum. Arrive and check-in at the hotel at Kargil.

  • Day 4, Kargil to Leh

    Post breakfast, start your today’s journey to Leh. On the way to Leh, visit Lamayuru Monastery, see the huge statue of Buddha at Mulbek. Later during your drive, you can also experience the effect of gravity at the magnetic hill. The cab passes through the side of the Zanskar river. During your travel to Leh, also visit Gurudwara Patthar Sahib. By evening reach Leh. Stay and dinner at the hotel at Leh.

  • Day 5, Leh to Nubra via Khardungla Pass

    Early morning take your breakfast and get ready to drive to the valley of flowers “Nubra.” Nubra is also the hottest place in the region. The cab passes through the Kardungla Pass, and this pass is also the highest motorable road in the world. Spend some time at this place and capture some unforgettable memories in your cameras. Later proceed towards Nubra. On arrival, check-in at the hotel or camp at Nubra and have some rest. By evening enjoy the camel rides and have some fun—dinner and overnight stay at camp or hotel at Nubra.

  • Day 6, Nubra to Leh

    After breakfast, get ready to explore the Nubra valley. Today you are going to visit the two most beautiful places of Ladakh known as Diskit and Hunder. At Nubra, one can also enjoy ATV rides, camel rides and other adventurous activities (on a direct payment basis). After spending adequate time over here, drive to Leh. Overnight stay and dinner at Leh.

  • Day 7, Leh – Pangong

    After breakfast, start your journey to the highest saltwater lake in the world, “Pangong Lake.” It is also the last lake of India, situated at 14000 ft. above sea level. It is the only lake that is shared by both India and China. Pangong came into the spotlight after the success of the movie 3 Idiots. Visit this place will be a different experience for everyone. The night stay will be at camp in Pangong.

  • Day 8, Pangong – Leh

    Post breakfast drives back to Leh via Changla Pass. Halt at this pass and have some quick snacks, tea, coffee or Kava. Click some photographs over here and later drive to Leh. Arrive and check-in at the hotel at Leh. By evening stroll in the local market of Leh and have some shopping, also visit Shanti stupa’s. Overnight stay in Leh.

  • Day 9, Leh – Sonmarg

    After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg via the Leh Srinagar highway. Dinner and overnight stay in Sonmarg.

  • Day 10. Sonmarg – Srinagar dropping

It was a good experience all together we got all our tickets well in advance and details of our cab pickup was also informed to us one day before trip.
